How Creating Art Informs My HR Practice

In the world of human resources, structure, policies, and procedures often take center stage. But for me, my journey as an artist has profoundly shaped how I approach my HR practice. Creativity isn’t just about making something beautiful—it’s about seeing possibilities, embracing innovation, and understanding human emotions in a deep and meaningful way.

My preferred art form is collage, focusing on the duality of life and the beauty around us, expressed through a surrealist lens. This approach allows me to blend seemingly unrelated elements into cohesive compositions—much like HR, where I integrate diverse perspectives, ideas, and solutions to create a harmonious workplace.
